Get notified when customer signs up for a back in stock alert
It's beneficial to stay informed about your customers' interests. With Restock Rocket, you can receive a notification every time a customer signs up for a back-in-stock alert. This way, you'll always know which products are in high demand.
To receive email notifications for customer signups, follow these steps:
Go to Settings from the left menu bar from the App.
Click on 'Reports' from the menu list on the page that appears.
Under Alerts, enable the checkbox 'Notify me for every back in stock registration via email'.
A box will pop up. Here, you should input the email address where you want to receive these notifications.
Click 'Save' to now receive email alerts anyone signs up to receive a back in stock alert.
