Delete a Preorder offer
If you find yourself with too many Preorders offers, or if you've created an offer by mistake, it's important to know how to remove it. This guide will walk you through the steps to delete an offer
Navigate to the Offer Section:
Log into your store’s dashboard and go to Stoq.
Click on 'Preorders' and then select 'Offers' to view the list of all current offers.
'Edit' the offer that you want to delete
In the offer detail view, look for the 'More' option located at the top right corner of the page. Click on 'More' and then select 'Delete Offer' from the dropdown menu.
Confirm Deletion:
Upon selecting 'Delete Offer,' a popup will appear, warning you about the potential implications for the 'Continue Selling When Out of Stock' setting associated with the products in
this offer.
Decide on Product Settings:
Click 'Yes' if you want to disable the 'Continue Selling When Out of Stock' setting for the products included in this offer. This action will remove the ability for these products to be sold when they are out of stock.
Click 'No' if you prefer to handle this setting manually later in the Shopify admin. Keep in mind that if 'Continue Selling When Out of Stock' remains enabled, the products will continue to show an 'Add to Cart' button, even when they are out of stock.
After choosing an option. Click on the 'Delete offer' button to remove this offer.
