Got an email saying "100% alerts used". What do I do next?

If you received an email notification stating "100% alerts used" or "All alerts used" from Stoq, you're at the right place.

The email indicates that you've reached the limit of alert notifications allowed in your current subscription plan. This is a crucial point for your store, as no further notifications will be sent out until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins.

How to resolve the issue

Head to the 'Plans' page from the left menu bar of the App.
Select a paid plan higher than the one you are currently on.
Click 'Subscribe'
By upgrading your plan, you will immediately increase the number of alerts available for your store. This means that notifications for restocked items can resume, and your customers will continue to receive timely updates.

Check for blocked notifications

Head to the 'Reports' page from left menu bar of the App.
Check 'Products in demand' tab and see if there is any product which was restocked and there are pending notifications.
Select the product where notifications are pending to be sent.
You will be taken to the 'Requests waiting' tab where you can manually 'Send notifications'.
