All plans have a notification limit & preorder limit, and you should select one based on how many notifications you expect to send per month.

What do you mean by notification limit?
Notification limit means the number of back in stock alerts that can be sent for a billing cycle. For example: On the free plan, 30 notifications (Email / Web push) can be sent to customers on the free plan. The notification limit resets on the first of every month.
What if I cross the notification limit?
Stoq will stop sending notifications if you cross the notification limit. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan for the notifications to go out.
What do you mean by preorder limit?
Preorder limit means the number of preorders (orders with preorder products) you can sell in a billing cycle. For example: On the free plan, 10 preorders can be sold per month. The preorder limit resets on the first of every month.
What if I cross the preorder limit?
On the free plan, Stoq will stop processing preorders 24 hours after the plan limit is exceeded. On paid plans, Stoq will continue processing preorders and an additional fee is charged per preorder processed above the limit. You may also choose to upgrade your plan at that time.
What are the additional charges for SMS alerts?
To send SMS back in stock alerts to your customers, Stoq will charge additional fees to process and send the text message to your customers. SMS notifications are charged on a per segment basis - that is, a fee applies to every 160 characters in the message. Example - if your SMS is 350 characters long, it is considered to be 3 segments long (350/160 = 2.18).
What are the additional charges for preorders?
To process preorders above your plan limit, Stoq will charge additional fees per order. This only applies to orders that have a preorder product and orders that are above and beyond the plan limit. Each plan has a fee per preorder above the limit, and the fee per preorder is lower for higher subscription plans.

Restock Rocket issues usage charges which can include a spending limit that prevents app charges from exceeding a maximum threshold over the duration of the billing period. The $2,000 app spending limit is put in place for SMS alerts and a per-order fee for preorders above the plan limit.
