Move signups from one product to another
Restock Rocket empowers merchants with the ability to independently manage and transfer customer signups between products or variants at their discretion. This functionality is invaluable for notifying customers about back-in-stock alerts for similar items, streamlining the process and ensuring customers receive timely updates on products they're interested in.
Navigate to 'Reports' from left menu bar of the App.
From the 'Products in demand' tab, choose the product that has the signups that are to be shifted.
From the 'Requests waiting' tab, click 'More' on the top right corner and choose 'Transfer signups' from the dropdown. Please make sure to read the instructions carefully before selecting a product and click 'Select product'.
From the popup, select the product/variant you would like to transfer the signups to and click 'Select product'.
The signups have now been successfully transferred and you will be redirected to the 'Requests waiting' tab of the product the signups were transferred to.
How to move signups
