Turn off email alerts
Restock Rocket offers a handy feature allowing customers to register with their email for back in stock alerts. When you restock an item, emails are automatically sent out to notify those eager customers. However, there might be times when you want to temporarily or permanently turn off these email alerts.
No Sign-Ups: Customers won't have the option to sign up for email notifications on out-of-stock products.
No Email Notifications: Even if customers have previously signed up, they won't receive any email notifications about product restocks.
Head to 'Settings' from the left menu bar of the App.
Under 'Channels', find 'Email alerts'
Click on 'Turn off' to disable email alerts.
What happens when email alerts are turned off
