Turn off SMS alerts
Restock Rocket allows customers to register with their phone numbers for back in stock SMS alerts. When you restock an item, SMS alerts are automatically sent out to notify those eager customers. However, there might be times when you want to temporarily or permanently turn off these SMS alerts.
No Sign-Ups: Customers won't have the option to sign up for SMS alerts on out-of-stock products.
No SMS Notifications: Even if customers have previously signed up, they won't receive any SMS notifications about product restocks.
Head to 'Settings' from the left menu bar of the App.
Under 'Channels', find 'SMS alerts'
Click on 'Turn off' to disable SMS alerts.
What happens when SMS alerts are turned off
