Re-send back in stock alerts to increase sales

While Stoq efficiently sends out notifications to your customers when products are back in stock, there might be times when you need to resend these alerts. Maybe a customer missed it or you want to increase orders for your recently restocked products. Whatever the reason, Stoq provides a straightforward way to resend notifications.

Stoq provides 2 different ways to re-send notifications. Both are from the "Reports" page.

Via "Notifications Sent" reports

Navigate to Stoq, click on 'Reports' from the left menu bar of the app.
Choose the 'Notifications Sent' tab.

Browse the list to find the notification you wish to re-send.
Use filters to look for notifications for a specific product, notifications that haven't converted to an order yet or for notifications sent in a particular date range.
Click 'Re-send notifications' in the top right corner above the list to re-send all notifications matching your selected filters. Hit the dropdown next to this 'Re-send notifications' button to send alerts for a specific channel like email.
Or, click 'Re-send' next to a specific notification in the list.

Through "Products in Demand" report

Under reports, click on 'Products in Demand' tab
Search for the product associated with the notification you want to re-send.
Click on your desired product. The 'Notifications Sent' tab for that specific product will then be displayed.

If you want to send the alerts specifically to customers who have not purchased before- In the filter, select "Signups without orders placed".

Re-send a notification for individual signups by clicking the 'Re-send' button.
Similar to the 'Notifications Sent' report, you can use filters to look for notifications matching a specific criteria like date range or conversion to order.
