See sales recovered by Stoq
One of the most rewarding aspects of using Stoq is seeing how it directly contributes to your store’s sales. A key feature of Stoq is its ability to track and show you the sales you've regained through customers who made a purchase after receiving a back-in-stock alert.
Head to 'Reports' from the left menu bar of the app.
Click on the 'Sales Recovered' tab.
On the Sales Recovered page, you'll see various pieces of information including:
The order number of each sale.
The name of the product which the customer has purchased.
The total amount of sales you've recovered.
The date and time when the back-in-stock notification was sent to each customer.
The type of notification that was sent.
The date and time when each order was placed
The email of the customer.
You can easily export this report as a CSV file using the option at the bottom right corner for further analysis or record-keeping.
