Track signups in realtime

Restock Rocket's reporting tools offer an easy way to monitor sign-ups of your out-of-stock products, enabling you to restock intelligently and align your inventory with customer needs.

Tracking methods:

Tracking products in demand:
Head to Reports from the left navigation menu of the app
Click on the 'Products in demand' tab. Here, you'll see a list of products that people have asked for, organized by how many times they've been requested.
Choose a product.



Under 'Requests waiting' you can see how many customers have signed up to receive a back-in-stock alert for that specific product.



Tracking all signups:
Head to Reports from the left navigation menu
Click on the 'Requests Waiting' tab
Get access to a complete list of signups for all your out-of-stock products.



Get notified every time a customer signs up for a back-in-stock alert:

To receive email notifications for customer signups, follow these steps:

Go to Settings from the left navigation menu of the app.
Click on 'Reports' from the menu list
Below Alerts, enable the checkbox 'Notify me for every back-in-stock registration via email.'
A box will pop up, enter the email address where you want to receive these notifications.
Click 'Save' to save the changes
